Ordering How do I place an order online?

For your convenience and security we PayPal shopping cart. Once you have found the item you desire, click the 'add to cart' and your item will be placed in your shopping cart. You shopping cart always you to increase or decrease the quanity of each item. You can also remove items from your shopping cart. When you are finish shopping, simply press the "proceed to check out" button to complete and securly pay for your order.

Can I place orders by phone?

We accept phone orders at 1-727-943-2164. Our store hours are available Monday through Sunday 10AM to 6PM EST to answer your questions. If we are helping other customers when you call please leave a message and we will promptly return your call.

Can you put a "rush" on my order?

If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please call 1-727-943-2164 during regular business hours Monday through Sunday 10AM to 6PM EST. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What are my payment options?

Online purchases are processed via PayPal. You sensitive information is NOT soted on our web server. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.

How do I check the status of my order?

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order from PayPal.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. Please call as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges.

Do you sell wholsale?

Return Guarantee and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality products, and we are sure that you will be pleased with your order. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at 1-727-943-2164 and we will arrange to exchange it for another item.

Do you charge restocking fees?

Your order may be subject to restocking fees. Please speak with one of our customer-care representatives for further clarification. All wholesale order returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there's any damage, please call us at 1-727-943-2164 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

Yes, we ship your order via the USPS and can deliver to PO Boxes.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes.
